I meet myself with every stroke,
I find love in every line,
Through creation, I mend and hope.

From an early age, I used colors to express myself, to heal, to make sense of the world around me. The walls of my room were my first canvas. Over time, capturing beauty became my goal—until a moment in life when beauty, and even the desire to live, slipped away. Strangely, that emptiness gave me freedom. I began creating not to portray something beautiful, but to uncover something true.

My work is rooted in emotion and the unconscious. It’s deeply improvisational, expressive, and unpolished. Through this process, I’ve reconnected with a different kind of beauty—the beauty of being human, in all its vulnerability and chaos.

About me

I’m a self-taught artist, born in Çanakkale, raised in Istanbul, and currently based in Stuttgart. Art has been a vital part of my life for as long as I can remember—it gives me a sense of vitality, freedom, and peace. The coastal landscapes of my childhood continue to echo in my work, especially in my use of watercolour and acrylics. I explore human nature and emotion through painting, often letting spontaneity and physical engagement guide the process.

My approach is intuitive and tactile. I embrace the mess, the texture, and the unexpected outcomes that come with working by hand. Each piece emerges as a response—unfiltered and raw—to whatever I’m feeling or experiencing in the moment.
